The Heron's Landing at the River development consists 217 properties of which about 85% are occupied as single family homes or townhomes.  Located in Pulaski County, Virginia between Radford, Virginia and Christiansburg, Virginia, and off of Viscoe Road.  Heron's Landing was developed by Crawford Homes.  The development is 20 years old, and included The Reserve at Heron's Landing, The Villas at the River, and The Village at Heron's Landing.  The development borders the  Pete Dye River Course of Virginia Tech/Facebook and adjoining restaurant Preston's at the River Course.
