HLRHOA Disclosure Packet

Heron's Landing at the River HOA is an umbrella HOA which includes the sub-associations of The Reserve at Heron's Landing, The Villas at the River, and The Village at Heron's Landing.  You may be liable for additional assessments, fees, or other charges due to the ownership of a unit in those sub-associations.  Required under § 55.1-2310.A.6. of the Resale Disclosure Act.
